Spicy Chicken Empanadas

Empanadas are a dish that is cooked through out Latin America. They can have various different fillings, including beef. pork and vegetarian version. This recipe is based on the Argentinian version of the recipe, but they are also common in Mexico, Cuba, Columbia, and Bolivia among many of the other Latin American countries.
